Shuttle Drivers: Need a Ride?

Below is a list of shuttle drivers that cover at least part of the 120 miles maintained by the RATC. For other areas of the trail you can view the ATC’s list of transportation options.

Cautionary note: This listing is an information service for A.T. hikers. It does not constitute an endorsement by the Roanoke Appalachian Trail Club (RATC) as to the dependability or safety of the service providers listed. RATC does not conduct background checks of shuttle drivers on this list. We do not verify that they hold licenses, permits, or insurance. While some service providers may be members of the RATC, they are not representatives, employees, or agents of the RATC, and their services are not in any way affiliated with the RATC. Arrange shuttles at your own risk; you are responsible for your own safety.

Shuttle rates are set by each Shuttle Driver and will vary. These service providers are in no particular order other than being categorized as RATC Members or not.

RATC SHUTTLE DRIVERS

Dirty Boots Shuttle Service (Chris & Chasity Means) I-77 / Route 52 in Bland, VA to Route 60 in Oronoco, VA. Possibly further. Give us at least a few days heads up before the needed shuttle date, this will help us greatly to work out logistics.
